Women & Girls

The vision of the Women & Girls Fund is to create a supportive network of people who care deeply about Suffolk, and who would like to put something back into the community by supporting charitable organisations helping local women and girls in need. Members commit to making an annual donation of £500, and make decisions about grantmaking together.

Thank you to the East of England Cooperative Society, who recently donated £1,000 to the fund in celebration of International Women’s Day.

These are some groups that have been funded by The Women & Girl’s Fund’s grants panel:

  • Petals
  • Alumah CIO
  • Debenham Girls Group
  • Suffolk Mind
  • Fresh Start – new beginnings
  • Suffolk Mind
  • Home-Start Mid & West Suffolk
  • Lighthouse Women’s Aid
  • Ormiston Families
