The Frank Jackson Foundation

Frank Jackson was a philanthropist from Woodbridge who was passionate about helping disadvantaged people through education as well as raising awareness of environmental issues. The trust, now based in Framlingham, has worked with Suffolk Community Foundation to award £146,000 to 34 organisations that support educational activities across the county.

These are some groups that have been funded by The Frank Jackson Foundation’s grants panel:

  • ActivLives
  • Porch Project
  • Suffolk Rape Crisis
  • Home-Start Mid Suffolk
  • The Yard Project
  • Daws Hall Trust
  • Suffolk Refugee Support
  • Bangladeshi Support Centre

Below are some other examples of projects funded by supporters of Suffolk Community Foundation.
