Suffolk Community Foundation is delighted to welcome Jordan Holder to the Board of Trustees. As the Senior Enterprise Coordinator at the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership, Jordan is an inspiring leader working to connect Education & Business. Responsible for delivering the Careers Hub strategy for all Schools & Colleges in Suffolk, he is passionate about ensuring all young people are prepared and inspired for the world of work. He is also a Governor of Copleston High School in Ipswich.

I am delighted to be appointed to the Suffolk Community Foundation Board as a Trustee. I have always admired the work the Foundation does, supporting those most in need in Suffolk. Throughout the years, I have seen the astonishing work grant recipients have been able to do because of the Foundation’s generosity and I knew then I wanted to be a part of this.

During my tenure, I will be working with the Board and our Executive Team to work on projects particularly supporting young people in the county and the underrepresented BAME community. In addition to these, it is well known we have deeply rooted Social Mobility issues in Suffolk and I will ensure we work with stakeholders to tackle these and target our support so that regardless of background, you have the tools needed to thrive in our county and beyond.

Feel free to contact me as I want to hear from those who have been affected by our work, or simply want to have a chat over a virtual coffee. Drop me an email – Jordan.Holder@newanglia.co.uk

Jordan Holder

I am absolutely delighted Jordan has agreed to become a Trustee of the Suffolk Community Foundation. He brings with him great knowledge and experience of education in Suffolk, particularly the areas where educational attainment is a challenge. This is an important focus for the Foundation so we very much look forward to his valuable contribution.

We are really excited to welcome Jordan to our Board of Trustees. His knowledge of the challenges facing young people and his experience in helping them reach their full potential, will help the Foundation further develop its youth programmes and interventions.
