The Suffolk Community Awards took place on Monday the 25th of September at the Food Museum in Stowmarket.
The awards are a unique partnership between Community Action Suffolk, Suffolk County Council and the Suffolk Association of local councils.
They are designed to recognise the huge contribution that groups, individuals, town and parish councils make on the overall quality of our life in our communities across Suffolk.
Melanie Craig our CEO attended to present the ‘Good Neighbour’ award which Suffolk Community Foundation sponsored.
Acton Good neighbour scheme were the worthy winners being recognised for the tremendous work they are doing to really support their local residents.
